Black Garlic is made by carefully ageing selected whole garlic under controlled temperature and humidity. During this natural ageing process, the cloves gradually develop their characteristic deep black colour, soft texture and rich, mildly sweet and savoury flavour, with significantly less sharpness than fresh garlic.
