See the business before you open another report

The Owner Dashboard answers the four questions an owner actually asks — am I making money, how much do I have, who owes whom, and what needs attention — on one screen, with every figure linked to the report that proves it.

One screen, sixteen answers

The Owner Dashboard is a decision screen, not a report list. Every section is a headline figure with the report that proves it one click away — and it closes with a plain-English read-out of what the numbers mean.

Business health

A score out of 100 from profitability, cash conversion, liquidity, debt service and working capital — with a "no data" state so a quiet season does not read as a crisis.

Profitability

Sales, gross profit from allocated cost of goods, gross margin and operating contribution — this period against the last, with the unallocated portion shown honestly.

Cash & liquidity

Bank, cash and UPI split out, an opening-to-closing cash waterfall, and internal transfers between your own accounts kept out of the business figure.

Cash-flow forecast

Expected collections against committed payments over 7, 30 and 90 days, with overdue rolled in and due-date coverage shown.

Receivables & payables

Ageing buckets, overdue and due-soon totals, top debtors and creditors, and the ledger balance that is opening-balance rather than an open invoice, flagged separately.

Working capital

Receivables plus inventory minus payables, and the cash-conversion cycle in receivable, inventory and payable days.

Inventory

Valuation, a fast / slow / dead split by how quickly each item actually sells, low-stock count, and the biggest dead-stock lines.

Sales & purchases

Today, month and year-to-date sales, cash vs credit, top-3 supplier concentration, purchase-to-sales ratio, and top parties for the period.

Expenses & discounts

Operating expense against sales, the expense-category breakdown, and what discounting cost against what it brought in.

Bank & cash control

Unmapped bank amount, pending reviews, uncleared and bounced cheques — with a jump straight to the Bank Counterparty Ledger.

Control centre

Potential cash leakage, exceptions ranked high / medium / info, and the top exceptions listed by amount.

What needs your attention

A short ranked list — overdue receivables, bounced cheques, an unexplained cash gap, dead stock — each with a direct link to act on it.

Where the money is, and where it went

Cash, receivables, inventory and advances against payables and loans for a net position — and an in / out breakdown of what actually moved.

Composed, never recomputed

The dashboard does not run its own maths. It reads the engines the detailed reports already use.

One source of truth

Every figure comes from the same engine the detailed report uses, so the headline and the drill-down can never disagree.

One firm or the whole group

Switch to a consolidated view and the rupee figures sum, margins recompute, and cash-conversion stays per firm where that is the honest read.

A snapshot, and the full picture

The Executive Command Center gives a 14-KPI glance; the Owner Dashboard gives the 16-section detail. Run both.
