Garxly is not liable for any financial losses, trade disputes, or data inaccuracies resulting from the use of the platform. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

Garxly owns the software infrastructure, code, and design. Users retain ownership of their proprietary trade data and business records entered into the system.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of terms.
