Is there any setup fee or hidden charge?
No. The price you see is what you pay for that plan cycle. There are zero setup fees, no installation charges, and no hidden costs. Data migration support is included.
Can I change my plan after subscribing?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Contact our sales team and we'll adjust your subscription pro-rata. Downgrading is available at the next renewal cycle.
How many firms and users can I manage?
Multi-firm management (multiple business entities under one account) is available across all plans. User limits depend on the plan — check the feature comparison table above for your selected plan.
Is my data safe? What about backups?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Automatic cloud backups run daily. You can also trigger manual backups and download them anytime.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — you can start a free trial by registering. No credit card required for the trial. Our team will guide you through a demo before you commit to a plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and NEFT/RTGS for enterprise payments via Razorpay. GST invoice is generated automatically.
