Share one link with farmers and suppliers; they submit vehicle, driver and load before they arrive, and the gate approves it into the queue.
Token & queue
Each approved vehicle gets a token number and a place in line, printable with a QR code for the driver.
Call to gate
Pull the next vehicle from the queue to a specific gate; reassign, skip or send to the back as the yard changes.
Weighbridge capture
Record gross and tare against the token so the net weight is set before unloading is signed off.
Arrival register
A dated log of every vehicle in, its status and its timeline, searchable long after it has left.

A phone or handheld reads the token QR to move a vehicle through entry and exit without typing.

Public display board
A TV board shows the current queue and which token is being called, so drivers watch instead of crowding the office.
No-show handling
A vehicle that does not respond to its call is moved on automatically, so one absent driver does not stall the line.
