Refund Policy

1. Overview
Garxly (operated by Lyre Softronic Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription plans for trade ERP and billing. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and the process to request one.
2. Subscription Plans
All Garxly plans are prepaid and billed in advance for the selected subscription period (30-day, 90-day, or 365-day). Access is granted immediately upon successful payment and plan activation.
3. Free Trial
Garxly offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage all users to use the free trial to ensure the product meets their requirements before purchasing.
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you have subscribed for the first time (not a renewal) and have not used the platform for any business transactions (no invoices, sales, or purchases recorded), you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment.
- Technical failure: If a platform-side technical failure prevents you from accessing a paid feature for more than 72 continuous hours and our support team has not resolved it, a pro-rata refund for the affected period may be considered.
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same plan due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Renewal subscriptions where the plan was active and used.
- Partial-period cancellations (e.g., cancelling in the middle of a 90-day or 365-day plan).
- Dissatisfaction with features that were available during the free trial period.
- Failure to use the platform during the subscription period.
- Plan upgrades or downgrades after the period has begun.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@garxly.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID / payment reference
- Reason for refund request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
