Priority Scoring
Leads are automatically classified as Critical, High, Medium, or Low based on outstanding amount, overdue days, and inactivity. Colour-coded badges make the priority visible at a glance.
Value Segmentation
Each lead is tagged High, Medium, or Low value segment. Segment icons (↑ / — / ↓) and the sortable Segment column let teams focus on the right tier first.
Overdue Day Counter
A live Overdue column shows how many days the party balance has been outstanding. Red badge for >60 days, amber for >30, yellow below — sortable descending by default to surface the worst first.
Follow-Up Scheduler
Log follow-ups with outcome, notes, and next follow-up date. Overdue follow-ups show a red badge in the Next Follow-up column. A one-click filter shows only parties due for a call today.
Live Outstanding Balance
Outstanding is pulled live from the parties table — not a stale snapshot. Customer tabs show receivables; supplier tabs show payables. Sortable so you can always start with the highest exposure.
Party Ledger Integration
Click any party name to open their full ledger in a new tab. Every transaction — sales, purchases, payments, returns — is visible with a View Details button linking to the source document.
Sortable Table + Kanban
Switch between a sortable table view (click any column header to sort) and a Kanban board (New → Contacted → Converted / Lost). Both views respect the active Credit or Debit tab.
Lead Detail Drawer
Click the eye icon to open a slide-in drawer with the party profile, all follow-up history, and the last 20 invoices or purchase bills — without leaving the leads list page.

Categorise as Retention, Recovery, Reactivation, or Cold. Set status to New, Contacted, Converted, or Lost with an inline dropdown — no page reload required.
